I have read your guide on the Insane-Grind, and two things have been rumored lately:
One thing is that the Shen'dralar Rep will no longer be required for the Achievement after Cataclysm hits.
The other is that I have read another guide that states that you do NOT need to meet the Bloodsail/Honored and Steamwheedle/Exalted at the same time:

"There are two commonly accepted methods for getting exalted with Steamwheedle Cartel without losing your Bloodsail Buccaneer reputation. You just need to be honored with the Bloodsail Buccaneer once and it will be crossed off the list of requirements."

I believe that this is true and I just became exalted with Steamwheedle today. I will send you a note when I hit exalted with the Shen'dralar, my last faction, which should then reward me the Insane-Title (and which I will be doing nonetheless because it also adds to my exalted-factions-count altogether, and if it is indeed removed, I'll be proud to have had it once^^).
