Just stumbled into the guide on my grind to insane, was curious about the Shen'dralar Rep section. Should I be clearing all of DM North for Librams?

I just realized how confusing my question was. I'm doing the DM North grind for the keys for the Steamwheedle grind, and was wondering if I should be clearing the entire instance for the chance at libram drops for Shen'dralar rep xD, (Much better)!
