Excellent guide! I am almost Insane, with only DMF left. A couple of suggestions from experience: First, I would highly suggest, during every Dire Maul North run, to kill King Gordok. This has several possible benefits, because he has a chance to drop:

1) A Libram of Rapidity, Focus, or Protection
2) The Ace of Warlords
3) Your class book quest (500 Shen'dralar rep)
3) BoP blues, which disenchant into Large Brilliant Shards
4) Top Half of Advanced Armorsmithing: Volume I (see below)

One other thing you should add to Shen'dralar rep: If you are a blacksmith you have a potential 1500 rep advantage by turning in Advanced Armorsmithing: Volumes 1-3 to the Shen'dralar (plus, you get some rare blacksmithing plans to boot). These are assembled from the following pages:

- Volume I, Top Half - Drops from King Gordok in Dire Maul North.
- Volume I, Bottom Half - Drops from Goraluk Anvilcrack in UBRS.
- Volume II, Top Half - Drops from Rattlegore in Scholomance.
- Volume II, Bottom Half - Drops from Crimson Hammersmith, Stratholme (Living side)
- Volume III, Top Half - Drops from Urok Doomhowl in LBRS.
- Volume III, Bottom Half - Drops from Black Guard Swordsmith, Stratholme (Undead side)

Also, you have a typo in 1.3.3: It should be 350 rep, not 500.

Hi Cogsworth! I just wanted to give you an update and let you know that I got the Insane in the Membrane feat of strength today (10/7/2010).

Regarding the conflicting info on Steamwheedle/Bloodsail rep: I received the achievement today while having Steamwheedle Cartel rep at Hated. This was my rep grind order:

1. Exalted with Steamwheedle Cartel
2. Exalted with Shen'dralar
3. Exalted with Ravenholdt
4. Honored with Bloodsail Buccaneers (this lowered my rep with Steamwheedle to 0/36000 Hated)
5. Exalted with Darkmoon Faire

Upon turning in my last deck today, I got the feat of strength. So at least as of patch 3.3.5, you WILL get credit as long as you had Steamwheedle Cartel at Exalted at some point.
