Hey i write to you just to clarify that you dont need all factions at same time, inspect my "Thana" on twilight's hammer EU i am hated with goblins and got insane title after go honored with bloodsail as last ;)

So now its confirmed it works one by one

you can use /run CreateMacro("INSANE", 2, "/say "..GetAchievementLink(2336), nil, 1)

to see progress/ taken from wowhead .. http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=2336/insane-in-the-membrane
